Glamour Magazine Germany recently commissioned me to created a series of 12 collages based on the signs of the zodiac – you can check them out in the Januar 2016 issue, which just hit the newstands. I had a great time creating these and it was a true pleasure to work with everyone at Glamour Deutschland. More photos to come – stay tuned!
I was very surprised/humbled to receive an award in mail this week from the National Collage Society – I had previously received notification that my piece Night Shifting Shadows had been selected for inclusion in their 2015 Juried Show but had no idea it was also one of 11 collages given an award from guest judge Jonathan Talbot. Thank you to Gretchen Bierbaum and everyone involved at NCS for all that they do. It’s an honor to be included with so many other great artists in this show. Much respect.
I was very excited to work once again with the good people of World Cafe Live in Philly on another gig poster, this time for the sold out show by The Oh Hellos. The image is a pen and ink drawing I did of a vintage mail truck, which ties into the letter/postmark theme the band has been running throughout the promotion of their latest album, Dear Wormwood. These were previously only available at the band’s merch table, but I do have a very small quantity for sale over in the shop so pick one up while you can. 2 color screen print on 100# cover Whitewash French paper. Size 19″x 25″
Stoked to work with The Districts on some posters for their upcoming Fall 2015 US tour. The first one is this 2 color silkscreen gig poster, printed on 100lb cover French paper. These will be for sale at the bands merch table so pick one up when they roll through your town because once they’re gone, they’re gone. Tour dates here.
I also designed these promo posters for the tour, which feature my collage “The Jackal” on them – look for these at venues and record stores around the country.
I was honored to be asked to design this limited edition poster for Delta Spirit’s recent show at the World Cafe Live in Philadelphia, PA. It’s a 2 color screen print on 100# Nightshift Blue French paper and measures 16″ x 25″. These were originally only available at the bands merch table – only 90 total were produced – but I have a very small quantity for sale right now in the store. Get one before they’re gone.
