Is there anything better than walking through Central Park on a sunny winter morning, in the snow, listening to “Echo and the Bunnymen” on your iPod?
Christo in Central Park is pretty good although I’d say a little over hyped. If you go, stay toward the downtown section of the park. The Gates start to get a little sparse as you walk north. Of course, if I had to pay the $24 million for the construction of all those banners out of my own pocket (like christo did), I’d cut some corners as well.
How strange is it that the biggest item at Toy Fair this year seems to be poker chips? This Texas Hold’em fad is getting out of hand.
