Hello friends (and dorks). I apologize for the delay in posts lately but, between making art and performing with Mighty Joe Castro and The Gravamen, life has been moving full steam ahead.

I was honored though to be a guest on Season 3 of the Dorks and Forks podcast. We talked collage art and my new collage book. We also discussed The Gravamen as well as some of my past bands. And along the line we also drank some shots and ate a delicious meal cooked by the amazing chef Joshua Santiago. It was a great time. Thanks again to Brian Wild and Dan Sanchez for having me.

They even spun some tunes from The Situation, Nero/OPF, The Lift Up and Mighty Joe Castro and the Gravamen.

I also performed a live version of Wake Up You’re Rockin’. Click below to watch the performance.

Enjoy.

Dorks with Forks

Don’t forget that my brand new book, Everything We Love Is Slowly Becoming Fiction, is out now. Focusing on work created between 2007 and 2017, the book highlights over 120 original collages, album covers and silkscreen posters. It includes a collection of previously released artist interviews from those years, never before seen work in progress images, a new essay by Marta Staudinger (Latela Gallery), forward by Andy Jenkins (Girl Skateboards/Element/Bend Press), and a new conversational interview conducted by fellow collage artist Allan Bealy. Each book is hand numbered and hand signed by the artist. Supplies here at the warehouse are dwindling so please order on before it’s too late. Order yours here.

And, if you don’t already, please take a moment to follow Mighty Joe Castro on instagram and twitter.

For music news, please follow Mighty Joe Castro and the Gravamen on spotify, instagram and facebook. We’ve got a ton of really cool shows coming so be on the lookout. I’m also in the process of writing new songs for our debut full length record so stay tuned.
